"Je suis une bande de jeunes" is a photographic collective, meaning it's a group of young photographers who work together.

This collective likely uses photography as a medium to express their artistic vision and explore their shared experiences as young people. Their work might focus on themes relevant to youth culture, daily life, or other subjects they find interesting.
