24 seconds is enough time to put my thoughts in order. It is the time it takes someone to walk past my window. For Massimo Leardini, it is enough time to photograph an entire book. Two frames per second, hands constantly moving and eyes occasionally closed. The gaze comes afterwards, slowly, bending time into another form.
The book explores the interplay between perception and creation: how a fleeting moment can be transformed into something more permanent. It serves as a reminder to slow down, appreciate the present and recognize the value of introspection in our fast-paced lives.
