Ángel Albarrán and Anna Cabrera are two of the finest photographers working today. Together, they have produced a sensitive, poetic body of work revolving around memory and experience.

The images in Remembering the Future speak to us about these themes through exquisitely crafted scenes, as though made by an artisan of another age. At first glance, their clarity is moving. With time, they appear less like real scenes and more like reveries in the mist, on the verge of disappearing.
