This is the first photo book by artist Yasuhiro Yoshioka, a limited edition self-published collection. It is structured into three chapters titled 'Deconstruction and Assembly', 'Metamorphosis Cycle and Excess Phenomenon', and 'Human = Mechanism', featuring nude photography. The book employs high contrast and extreme close-ups to challenge traditional nude imagery. Yoshioka's approach attempts to merge the human body and sexuality with mechanical elements, exploring the interaction between photographic spontaneity and conscious distortion. Notably, it includes a fold-out page of a controversial photograph that was excluded from the 14th Yomiuri Independent Exhibition in 1962 for obscenity. The book also features an essay titled 'The Human Within the Flesh' by art critic Yusuke Nakahara. This collection is recognized in 'The History of Japanese Photobooks 1956-1986'.
